This is Mr. Skitz. He hears voices. The voices tell him to do things. Like put red cordial in the fish tank. And hang Christmas lights inside the neighbours' water tank. And so on.

So they gave him a new bedroom where it's soft and comfy. And a new cardigan with long sleeves.
